The shrine of Lovere dedicated to Christ the King of the Virgins
is a small and precious treasure chest of faith, art and history,
gift from the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity
to the people of Lovere, where the human and spiritual adventure of
Bartolomea Capitanio and Vincenza Gerosa,
two gentle stars in the one Sky, began.
The frescoes, the stained-glass windows, the mosaics, the bell tower.
Everything was designed to enable us to contemplate
what is actually present but invisible to our eyes.
